The prices are higher than other place, the reason customers still coming because of convenience and customer service. Unfortunately, this store doesn’t have those. Some of the salespersons behave like they are better than others. Low patience for sure. They don’t like any of your questions, sometimes ignore you. Even, there are not many customers. Rather than good shopping experience, I felt like that I was trying to renew my driver license in the DMV. I have no issues with GNC, I just hope this shop can improve their service.

I went there to returen some of my online orders, and they gave me nonsense reasons like system going down because they didn't want to process me a return.

Worst ever. I purchased 12 bottles of fish oil for over $200, they only shipped me one. If you can’t do your job right, at least pick up your phone to talk to the customers.

I don’t know why they increase the price of other companies brands that are FIXED price. Just order directly from the company you buy supplements from. And the employees there doesn’t know how to price match

went there yesterday 2/27 for to pick up an online order. On the website it said that they had the products in stock at the store. So of course I click pick up at store since I live so close.
I get there and they start running around like headless chickens looking for a simple order. Only to tell me that they don't have what I ordered online in stock. I tried to reason with them and find and find some sort of solution but they seemed brain dead about the whole situation. Monica I believe was her name.
refunded me the money I spent, but did not refund me the discount and points redemption I used at checkout. They're morons and I will intentionally walk further to the one at skyview mall to avoid these idiots.
GNC should do something about this.

I tried to return an online order at the store and was told that I could not return orders at stores with more than six items despite this information not being listed on the GNC website. GNC has been very unhelpful and returning this online order has been very unnecessarily tedious

I really hate giving bad reviews but I had a terrible experience here. I was next in line with the two employees checking two customers out and I was in a hurry to just pick up a protein bar and catch the subway. After the slowest checkout time ever, one of the employees was free and saw me on the line and proceeded to instead ask everyone in the store if they needed help. Keep in mind that this was already sevenish minutes into me standing there just waiting to pay. She proceeds to show a group every supplement in the store and finally walks back to the register. While I thought she was about to check me out which would have taken five seconds, I realize she was only there to check the price of a supplement for the group. I was getting frustrated, especially as the other employee was still explaining a deal to a customer. The group leaves, and I assume that the woman employee would finally help me, but instead, she walks right past me, and finds a woman to ask if she needs help. I left without buying my ONE ITEM, after TWENTY MINUTES of waiting. Never buying from this store again, so unprofessional.

Their emails basically no one takes care of it, you can't reset password or unsubscribe it, which means if you want to accumulate you point when you buy their products online once a year, you couldn't accumulate your points. Make sure you know this: if you purchase online, there is No way you can return it, unlike what they told you on their policy. Swear not to buy from them anymore, the product i bought is for my relatives, and when I tried it, it is not as good as I got from somewhere else, nothing is special. No more to waste my time over my money and time with them. Also, don't know how long their store products been on the shelves. Even they aren't expiring, but the box was turning yellow and look old. another thing the pill is dissolve into powder right away after water?
