The repair took a long time and their communication was poor throughout the claim process with State Farm. When my car was returned, it had an issue with the headlight blowing out. They would repair it, and the issue repeated itself. One day, they repaired the issue three times in the same day. Finally, they claimed the part was bad. I would come back thinking they ordered the part aa promised and the part was lost or the order was forgotten. I have come over 30 times since February 2024. To date, I still have the issue. To add to my issues, the paint is peeling from the job that was done in February. Now they say they ordered the wrong light. Save yourself the hassle

From their towing services, to their customer service, to the flawless work they do on vehicles, Grand Auto never disappoints! After several accidents and mishaps with my Jeep, Jesse and the team at Grand Auto really came through and completely transformed her. Krystal at reception is an absolute sweetheart and is always so helpful. I recommend them to any and everyone I can!

This shop is located on a very busy street and it seems like the owners and workers aren’t aware of their surroundings when it comes to pulling a vehicle out. They are always just shooting out their garage with anyone’s vehicle and hoping that traffic stops for them. If you want more issues to the existing issues you have then don’t come here. They do not care about your vehicle. They will eventually hit someone trying to reverse out of their ship without anyone directing.

I have taken 2 different SUV’s here. Ricky and Jesse were amazing, and honest about if it would take longer than expected due to COVID part delays. When the work was done they offered to drop it off to me but I had a rental to return. They arranged to have me picked up at the rental return a few minutes away. Every time I get my truck back it looks brand new to the point where no one believes it’s 5-7 years old (both times) bc their paint jobs are flawless! Highly recommended place for service with Jesse and quality of work completed!

I had my BMW 440i repaired here through insurance after someone destroyed my driver-side door and window while it was open. The whole process was quick and seamless. They installed a brand-new door, window, and even replaced my cracked windshield. They also gave my car an entire paint correction for the paint job to blend well and also detailed the exterior and interior. My car was returned to me looking better than before it was hit. Highly recommend.
