Waste of time and money! If you can’t clean the simple faint blood stain, what’s the point of being a dry cleaner. Or at least communicate with customer what you can or cant do before taking the item. I could’ve gone to a better dry cleaner. Ruined my husband’s custom made very expensive suit piece.

I had brought in a sweater to be dry cleaned with the stain on the back. It came back the same. It looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. Never going back again.
