My review of Highline Auto Body:
Senior Adjustor Louie Pierratos of Highline Auto Body is an awesome communicator, who calmed my nerves after my high end SUV was recently rear-ended in an accident. He explained the body work process, timeline and swiftly returned my vehicle back to me brand spanking new.
When you cannot visibly see any post auto body repairs, including painting flaws, you absolutely know that you came to the right shop. Highline Auto Body exceeded my expectations and gave me back my vehicle with a factory finish and curb appeal.

Transparent and accountable with great results. Cost and timing estimates given on day 1 were accurate. Louis communicated clearly and responded quickly the whole way through. Recommend particularly for Volvo drivers as the job was done faster than other NYC Volvo certified locations were able to do. The commute from Manhattan to Highline was worth it for the excellent quality of service.

My 2015 Volvo S60 roof was scratched a few times at my garage. They parked it too far in under the lifts. Highline picked the car up on Monday, and returned it on Wednesday morning. The roof is perfect now. It looks brand new. And the car is 9 years old! They cleaned the car beautifully as well.

After giving me an estimate on May 6 2024 ,i am still getting jerked around for completion of job.As i soon observed a major repair on the vechicle was ommited in the estimate.Louis the owner forgot to add it on to the claim.It seems to me Louie puts whatever he wants and of course what is easier to repair on the estimate.SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!After running out of patience a month later, i initiated work with another shop.They never return calls as promised.
I had to call everytime necessary and its always we will clear up in 2 weeks.
Very unhappy with their sevice and i am happy things went wrong as i went elswhere.Terrible business practices by Louie !!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

These guys were fantastic! My Volvo was damaged in an icon parking facility and this was one of the locations icon said they worked with which made me skeptical but they did fantastic and efficient job. I needed a new lift gate and was only without my car for a week. Very friendly also

My car body was damaged when parked in my monthly spot at Icon parking lot and Icon agreed to fix it. Highline Auto Body Shop was one of the several shops they offer to do the job, with free pick up and drop off, all covered by Icon. I was very happy with this shop. They did a great job and were easy to deal with(and bill went straight to Icon parking). Would highly recommend
