Recently got my car tinted at this shop and I'm so in love. Excellent job, the owner Steve was such a great help and very nice. No bubbles or anything in my tints. Love love love. Highly recommend. Affordable pricing and clean location. Very fast work also. I only waited about a hour and 30 mins for 4 windows, back windshield and front windshield. I was also able to sit inside the location and wait. Major plus being that I live in Brooklyn didn't feel like traveling. I ended up getting 20% all around and 50% in the front.

We were recommended by my car expert ex to take my brother in law's car here to get the care it required. It had gotten dented and scratched while parked in a parking lot and when he got into a fight with the hydrant backing out of the driveway. It's a nice lease RR so we were worried giving it back that way. Highline did an amazing job-it looks perfect!!! Now a year later I have the same issue with my lease car. Louie waked me through process from start to end. It went through my insurance without a hitch. Louie even dropped off my car at dealership on time. It is a 5 star experience service with Louie and Highline!

I had used a different shop for years and someone recommended this place , and this place did great work and the owner is very nice I definitely recommend them BUT make sure you go in the right door there attached to a different shop

Do NOT use the car rental they provide, unless you want to be charge with $50 service fee for a $9.50 toll. I’ll give no star if possible.

I got two of my cars tinted here and both times came out excellent. Steve, the owner, personally handles interactions with customers and provides great support. Excellent seeing leadership from the front lines. Prices for window tints are more than fair. They have extremely good pricing and they use top of the line 3M tints, not lower quality alternatives. All my windows were perfectly done, with no lines, streaks, or unevenness. Turnaround time was about 90 minutes; enough time to do some errands or walk around the area. Make sure you call or visit the shop to make an appointment. It is always very busy but they have great customer service to explain the services they offer. Im interested in their other services such as vinyl wrapping and protective film installation. Will update when I have these services done.

I parked my car in a garage which unfortunately scratched up the paint and dented in a fender on my car. When the garage told me that I would have to get the work done at Highline, I was initially skeptical as I would have preferred the dealership and was sure that the garage was referring me to a cheap option who would do shoddy work. Fortunately that was not the case. The guys at Highline are absolutely top notch. The workmanship and paint were perfect and only took a few days to complete. Apart from the body work, I also had them put a UV filter on my windows and windshield and some light tinting on the rear windows. Everything was great. Fantastic communication from a high quality shop. While I hope I never do, I would absolutely go back to these guys if I needed body work.

Just got my tints done today on my 350z. I went with the 3M premium tint (20 % all around except front windshield) which also has lifetime warranty, and they came out great. The wait wasn't too long, and the staff were friendly. Prices are fair, Quality matters when it comes to tints and they don't disappoint. I definitely recommend you coming to this shop. One thing to note though is that they are busy so you'd have to make an appointment.

Phenomenal! Steve & co hooked me up to an amazing all-around NYS-legal tint, PPF wraps, vinyl wraps and an amazing paint repair job. Kept me updated via texts & pics over the course of the 4 days it took to complete all the jobs. Very professional, attention to detail and excellent customer service!

I wish there was a separate section for the tinting. The body shop is top notch they get 5 stars they've always done right by me and my family. I never ever had a problem with them they do excellent work! The tint department on the other hand is horrible, they are not organized, they have kids that do the tints on your car and they dont know what they are doing and supposently Steve is one of the owners but hes never there. So that's a little strange to me the owners are supposed to be Andy and Steve but I think Andy is the owner and Steve is maybe a silent partner because any time you go to this place Steve is no where to be found. My wife called Steve a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment to have her new car tinted he tells her to come in Monday morning at 8:30 my wife goes there and no one knows that she has an appointment for tints and Steve as usual is nowhere to be found. If you want your car tinted don't use these guys they don't do a good job and they are unreliable!!!!!! Like I said I cant say a bad thing about the body shop they are great! I'm just curious to know if this guy Steve the little short guy is really the owner or does he just say that or is he a silent partner? Somethings a little fishy.

If you want to get your windows tinted, I'd recommend coming here. Not only do they use 3M products, their customer service is great. If there is an issue with your tints, they will back you up 100%. Adam made sure I was completely satisfied with the job.

I cannot speak highly about this company. They did a great tint job on my car and the prices was very reasonable. The level of detail that they put in to make sure everything was done right and that there was no air bubbles was amazing to me. Thank You!

Steve hooks my car up with the best high quality tints every time I get a new lease. This place is honest, efficient and worth every penny. My tints have never faded, peeled, or scratched! If you want your car to look fresh and fly Go see these guys they're the real deal!

Horrible place, if you don't mind waiting on an hour line for a mediocre carwash then this is your place. My car has horrible swirlmarks from this place and if your looking for customer service this isnt the place to go. Steve (the boss) and his henchman of a valet guy treat you like your a bunch of fools. I'd recommend steering clear of this place if you don't want problems.
