I came to Home Plus today for the first time in a while and the bathroom was empty. I asked the staff where the bathroom was, and they didn't even look at me and told me it was near the entrance.

When paying in cash
be careful.
Make sure you have the correct change.
Be especially careful if the cashier asks for change and gets distracted.

I think I know why this place is closing.
Products are sold at higher prices and some of the employees have no sense of service. Of course, I'm not saying that all employees are rude. Of course, there are some really good people. Also, it is not written in a place where customers can clearly see that you must pay by credit card if you purchase more than $10. I didn't have cash so I couldn't pay because it was less than $10. But that doesn't mean you can buy more things you don't want. Anyway, I understand because a rule is a rule. So, when I said I wouldn’t buy it, the employee said, “Goodbye,” in a rude tone. I would have been less angry if I had said, “Oh, yes, I understand,” but after seeing the attitude of treating customers in such a sarcastic and sarcastic manner, I don’t feel any regrets even though this place is now closed. Literally goodbye. And I'm glad that this place that sells products at high prices and oppresses the Korean community is closed for good. These days, you can buy Korean products, the latest and good quality, directly from Korea online and get free shipping. There is no reason to buy dusty items that have been sitting in a warehouse for years at Home&Home. It's also expensive. If you spend a little more money on sale, you can buy better quality items elsewhere.

The store is about to permanently close and is currently holding a sale. While some of the items are in good condition, the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. Around 7:40 PM, several staff members informed me that the store was about to close. I acknowledged this, but they continued to follow me and eventually asked me to leave, despite there being 17 minutes left until the 8:00 PM closing time. While it's understandable that they want to finish on time, there was a more professional and courteous way they could have communicated with their customers.

It's a little nice department store which carries Korean related items from snacks to large appliances and furniture's. Mostly prices are competitive, and the store is easy to browse. It has a large parking lot at the very easy accessible location.

I bought a new Cuckoo rice cooker.
Since the day I brought it in, the food hasn't been ready, so I took it back.
They say they will only fix it for one year.
I bought a new one, why do I need to repair it?
If there is a problem with the new product
Shouldn't I refund it or replace it with a new one?
They say they won't change Cuckoo.
I won't tell you even if they fix it after using it for a month or two, but it's absurd that the new product I bought breaks and I can't get a refund or a replacement.

Worst service ever!!! At the time of purchase the cashier advised if the size doesn't fit, we can get a refund in 7days. We saw that it didn't fit and brought it back the very next day. The guy at the register said there is absolutely no refund even though there was a note on the receipt that it can be returned for a refund in 7days. He started to educate me on this before I lost it. He said it would be a one time courtesy. That's nice because I am never ever coming back!!!!
