It is a place where families and merchants buy non-daily necessities. It has major categories, but the smaller categories still need to be improved. The place is very large, so it is difficult to find. Maybe it’s because I don’t go there that often.

ALWAYS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! Staff quick to assist and show or tell you location of products needed. Some will actually stop whatever they are doing to take you to product location and make recommendations and comparison. Never got such great treatment when I shop elsewhere. They will even rush a shopping cart or a container of sort to make it easier to shop around. Great home center store to shop. Thanks a million Home Depot ???????

They have angry workers who don't help you and outside the parking lot is filled with many people who want to rob you.

I showed up half an hr before closing to pick up my tiles, wasnt ready , wasnt picked , chuck made it happen . Excellent customer service

It’s sad. I was going to this place for years now it’s becoming an unsafe place. People in the parking lot are harassing customers to try to make a dollar I’m sorry to say, but the place is becoming unsafe. I feel bad for the owner and the workers there. I know that some of the women have been complaining but really there’s nothing that they can do but get armed guards in the parking lot, walking around to move these people away from the public/customers. DO SOMETHING

I went to two homedepots today to buy boards, but received two completely different services. This one's service was very good, and they helped me disassemble the boards. But the other one doesn't have this service. Also told by the staff because this is New York. This little guy is really awesome. I give you a thumbs up and you are a Home Depot star. Such good employees should be rewarded.

People working there are really rude, especially the Asian and Hispanic employees. They think they are better than you because they work at Homedepot. What a joke.
Update: now they have so many illegal migrants in the parking lot harassing the customers.
Update 2: Illegal migrants will block your car from leaving the parking lot if you don’t pay them to load your car.

Something in the water? Arguably the worst HD ever, and I've been to many. The whole place is chaotic, the staff look miserable and act rude and angry. It's like the water cooler is being fed from the local Flushing Creek. You'd be better off going to either Woodhaven or College Point, both much better locations.

Who's genius idea is it that set the rule for needing a receipt to use the restroom however the restroom is all the way in the back of a giant store? So you need to walk all the way back and forth just to use the bathroom! And if the check out line is long? Good luck! Store manager please serious look into this policy.

It's very difficult to get too. Side streets clogged with small businesses Hi-Lo's. The parking lot is creepy, filled with illegal aliens looking for work.
