I've been stocking up on tools for my remodel and visiting Home Depots around Queens, Beverly and the big guy on PM's helped me get a special tool and her crew went the extra mile to 'Homer' it out of the store. They keep the store neat so props is in order to the crew at College Point. Helpful and cheery, they made my evening.

I had a great experience at Home Depot from the moment I’ve arrived. Angel working in the lot was very helpful and polite. He assisted me with loading heavy items into my car. Great customer service!

We were able to find what we needed on a slower Saturday, and Nicholas in the lighting department helped us immensely. The website showed that the item we were looking for was in stock, but we weren't able to find it on the floor. Nicholas located it in a pallet with many other items, had it brought over by hand truck, and stayed with us until we had what we needed. He also directed us to where we could test the different levels of light bulbs were available, which saved us a lot of time and answered our questions. Just wanted to give Nicholas in lighting a shout out because he really went above and beyond!

This rating is strictly for the truck rental experience I had. The lady that worked there around 2PM (black lady with glasses) looked fed up with her job and provided zero customer experience. She did not acknowledge me when I entered the rental area and had an attitude with responding to basic questions. The truck itself was fine and worked for my needs. After two hours, I returned the truck and proceeded into the rental area to drop off the keys. The rental area was completely closed with the front gate pulled down. I asked around and no one knew where the individual went. Apparently she had left for the day and closed off the rental area completely. After 45 minutes of trying to seek help so I can return the keys and be checked out, the store manager ended up collecting the keys from me. A very inconvenient experience and would not rent again from this location.
