Wasted money, bad service, bad tax preparation, not professional. I got two years trouble! I paid off irs online again. When I got mail from IRS in May, they closed office. Cheater!

Was turned away two separate times even though I made an appointment. Then they asked me for my email to send documents and when I did no one left a message and got back to me properly.I even called after all this and they said there closing soon! I DID NOT get my taxes done one time! very unbelievable when I’m coming in trusting them. I never received any taxes back over the years! And app is glitchy all the time.I had to file some where else losing time off work! And money to take a Uber and get to a office that will help me finally file!I’ was so upset because I really did try here and traveled far and spent money to get to my appointments….and the staff was leaving the front door! Way before my appointment time! Both times! it isn’t a joke when it’s people time and money! I made it there early on both times to be respectful of their time! Never again
