I thought I could install it myself after reading the instructions and videos. I accidentally caused a water pipe to leak and mishandled it, causing water to spray. I was confused at the time. But water had flowed through the floor to the basement ceiling, causing flooding in the basement ceiling and the upstairs kitchen. I felt like the sky was falling apart.
