This pharmacy gives you an attitude especially the women who work in the cashier, they act so unprofessional when a customer ask to pick up a medication and starts asking 100 questions before give it to you. Very rude when treating there customers. Also waiting time here for more than a hour and at the end they don’t even give you the medication. They hide the medication from customers in order to resell it.

Had to visit this pharmacy as the blood pressure machine that I needed was not available at rite-aid on Northern Blvd.The service was excellent.They did the paperwork (called my doctor's office and rite-aid) while I was seated and asked if I would come back the next day, as they would get it down for me. The next day I was happy to find that they had got it down for me.They were caring ,fast and efficient and a very pleasant atmosphere with all customers welcomed with a greeting and smile.I am so happy that I found this hidden gem of a pharmacy.I left with a beautiful wild life calendar they gifted to me and came back home to find that they had even laminated my health-first card. which was given back to me in a new card holder.Thank you very much to all at J A C Pharmacy.Wishing you a prosperous and happy 2024. Small local pharmacy thay always provides inaccurate information about copay amounts, prescription instructions, most of the time they do not have the prescription available or give products that will expire within months and to top it off the wait time for your medicine is ridiculous. I do not recommend this pharmacy just being honest after many years of dealing with them its really not worth the extra stress.

This is a terrible pharmacy you have to wait an hour for basic medication which I accepted but today was the last straw the employees close early and ignore customers that arrive before 6pm totally unprofessional . The other reviews must be friends. Time to change pharmacy this place went from bad to worse.

This place really feels like family. My parents have been coming here since before I was born. Whenever I need to pick up my family’s meds I can always rely on them to have a full stock of what we need. It’s always busy there and they have really good customer service as well as a quick delivery service. Thank you for all that you do!

Very friendly and great staff. The techs and pharmacist are very knowledgeable and are always willing to answer all my questions and go over anything that I need help with. The front staff is very kind and very joyful. It’s always a great time stopping by here.
