Very professional I even purchased a couple watches and had some fit to my size effortlessly hence why they've been in business for over 40 years. I got my triple helix pierced a few days ago by amelia and it was the fastest process i've ever been through and it was basically painless. She was also extremely informative about piercing aftercare and made everything very easy to understand!
fast forward to today, just yesterday night one of the ball on my piercing fell off and i planned to get it replaced today. She, once again, made the process very easy and quick.
