This car repair shop is really unscrupulous. They stole my original trailer converter and the car's manual and tools while I was changing my engine oil. That's a new car. Can tow a boat. The whole set. When I went to tow the boat a week later I found out, who would have thought to change the oil they would take stuff from home. Warning everyone to be careful.

Best Mechanics I know. We moved from Brooklyn to Bronx, back to Brooklyn, and the only Mechanic we are thrilled to see is J's in Queens. My dad and I are literally happy to drive more than an hour to his shop. They are always busy, which shows how fair and reliable they are. They beat everyone's prices, and give very honest feedback. I went to a dealer in Bay ridge, and they wanted $8,000 for new shocks, and J pointed out its absolutely false, the Honda was only 4 years old at the time. They've worked on my family's cars, and the body work is amazing. I thought my BMW at the time was brand new. I've been to many mechanics and dealers, but J's is absolutely the most honest and fair. I'd never go to any mechanic for the rest of life. If you're tired of being taken advantage of, then simply come to J's, they are very fair, and do great work.

I can't give zero stars. This is such a bad car. It's such an amateurish job. If it can't be repaired, don't install it. Changing the oil can fix the oil leakage. Fortunately, I drove it for two days and found that the cylinder didn't explode. I had to drive it to the dealer for cleaning and inspection. I called them to find out how I messed up, and in the end they asked me for money for a broken part. It's a good thing that I didn't ask you for repair fees at that time. A third-rate store only tries to cheat Chinese people, right?

DO NOT COME HERE, one of the owners is very rude and has a nasty attitude, showing no respect for the customer. Constantly ignoring you, as you are not welcomed. If you would ask him about some prices, he immediately gets annoyed and pissed off. Also,most of the time they make you wait a long line around the traffic heavy college point blvd. There are plenty of auto shops around this area,take your business somewhere else
