Major health code violations -- half of their meat section is spoiled and rotting.
Exhibit A: 28 day old pork ribs, 8 day old pork belly, 11 day old beef patties, all kept way above freezing in an open air fridge.
0 respect for customers, they invent sell by dates that are 10 to 30 times what the FDA / USDA guidelines are.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!!
They’re out here selling overpriced, expired food like it’s nothing. Don’t even think about getting the sushi, or anything in that fridge, I paid way too much, got home, and the rice was hard as a rock. They really have the nerve to call it “fresh.” What a lie.
I went to grab chicken broth, and they were charging ten bucks for it. Ten. For broth. Insane!!! Never in my life have I seen prices that high before. I'm honestly just appalled by my experience.
It sucks because this is the closest supermarket to me, but after this, I’d rather make the longer trip somewhere else than give them another dollar.
(The employees are nice though)

This place is disgusting. They’re selling rotten, moldy food even though the expiration date is still over a month away. If I hadn’t caught it, I could’ve ended up seriously sick. The prices are already insanely high, and for what? Spoiled garbage that could put someone in the hospital. Don’t waste your money here. I’m never coming back.

The manager is extremely disrespectful and unreasonable. I would give 0 star if I could.
I bought a box of Friendly’s orange cream ice cream bars a couple of weeks ago. As soon as I got home, i threw away the box to make room (and receipt) and put all 6 bars in the freezer. Then I opened one bar immediately and found out the ice cream bar had previously been melted and refrozen so It must have been melted in the store or on the way to the store.
The taste was terrible. I asked my husband to try one to see if it’s normal. He agreed with me that it’s melted before and doesn’t taste like usual.
Today, I went back to the store with the rest of ice cream bars to request refund or exchange. I talked to a cashier who was nice and she pointed at a guy standing there saying he’s the manager and he can help with my case.
As soon as the manager started talking, he was disrespectful, judging and unreasonable. He said “where is the box? You don’t even have a box to proof it. Who knows if you ate them all and complaining now? And where is the receipt?” As I didn’t keep the receipt (who keeps receipt for the ice cream thing they’re gonna return it?), I showed him the apple pay screenshot with the date of purchase and the price. In a utterly disrespectful way, he said it doesn’t work and repeated again that he can’t trust me because I already ate them. How can I know the ice cream went back if I didn’t taste it? He refused to do anything about their fault. He could have said that I need a receipt or a box to return it but him adding that I ate them all and there’s no way to trust me is almost an insult.
I will keep filling complaints and calling the headquarter to get my money back. And I will never go back to the store. ?????

Good selection of a variety of items. The 2 star is because we've had bad luck with their mushrooms being moldy twice now. They were able to give us credit but I noticed they returned the same moldy mushrooms back to the shelves. In general their produce usually isn't fresh. I would definitely buy your mushrooms and other produce elsewhere. Their staff does work with you and is friendly.
