For walk in drug test go before 2pm, after that they dnt take. Their website says 3.30 but only shows 2.30 while you are trying to make an appoinmrnt

I got to the place, and the front desk person was hiding behind the window. She was very unprofessional and rude. I was treated like I was going for charity. I asked her to return my prescription and left. Worst service ever.

Understaffed. Waited over 30 min for blood work for which I had an appointment for. And very rude staff.

Polite and efficient service within a clean facility. I had to draw blood with over 20 vials and I felt comfortable through the process and left relaxed as well.
Update: I came a week later over 15 minutes late and the administrator quickly asked me if I checked in. I told her I was late and wanted to make sure I was able to do the bloodwork (this is 20 mins before they close for lunch). She told me not to worry, and to check-in. I also didn’t have my lab requisitions. No problem…she told me to email them to her. Again, quick and polite service. Going here for all future lab work.

I needed blood tests, made an appointment just in case, but it ended up not being necessary. It was quick, I wasn't there for even 5 minutes, and it was efficient. They definitely don't lie when they say you're in and out in under 5 minutes."

I came out of this location less than 5 minutes no lie!! I got here 9am but my appointment was 10am. I was seen immediately. I always dread to get blood work due to the fact that my veins are very deep and I always have issues to the point that so many times getting poked I have to come back another day. BUT.... phlebotomist Brian is AWESOMEEE!!!!! He was professional and quick! 1,2,3 out lolol.. I was astonished how quick and accurate he found my vein and did not miss at all. I was nervous I am not going to lie but his confidence gave me trust. Brian deserves a raise and a promotion because it is NOT EASY to find someone that is good with difficult veins!!! I wish there were more like Brian. I can't stress this enough.

I am not good at giving blood. It usually takes everything in me not to faint when I have to get a blood draw. The staff here has been consistently awesome in helping me manage it.

CALL them for TLC DRUG TEST appointment, they don’t do online appointments for TLC, I wasted my time.

These guys don't pick up the phone or respond to voicemails. When I went inside, the guy was literally doing nothing and nobody was there. Just to lazy to answer the phone?

I was there this morning around 8am, we waited around 5-7 minutes before the phebotomist called us. Pretty nice and smooth service.

I try to came as fast as I can from my school when I got there the old lady told me only TLC expired license are people are checked here.I am disappointed at these labcorp I suggest people tonot go there.
