David was so patient and helpful! He did not try to upsell us at all and was so knowledgeable about the different products. We walked out with a new mattress and lots of extra goodies, like free pillows and a mattress protector. I am planning only to buy from Mattress Firm in the future.

This was my second time visiting the store, and walking through the door felt unexpectedly familiar — almost comforting. I remembered how, during my first visit, I tried one of their mattresses and was surprised by how quickly my body relaxed, as if it finally found a place where it could truly rest.
This time, as soon as I lay down again, that same feeling returned. Within minutes, I felt calm, grounded, and so relaxed that I could have fallen asleep right there in the showroom. It reminded me of how long I’ve been searching for a mattress that feels this naturally right.
So today, I didn’t hesitate. I placed my order with a sense of certainty and excitement. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s delivery — and to the peaceful nights and improved sleep quality I know it will bring.
