One of the salespeople was very rude because I called to ask something. I don't recommend this place. If you need to know something, you don't have to throw away the phone and hang up on the call.

To Whom It May Concern,
This review is to formally complain about my recent experience at the Metro PCS I visited the store to inquire about phone service and home internet options and was assisted by a female employee who spoke English.
Despite showing the employee my current address on my ID, she claimed that my address was ineligible for service and refused to provide further assistance. This explanation seemed unreasonable because I made sure on the official site before going into the store and I suspect she was unwilling to help me for other reasons.
Furthermore, the employee took a copy of my driver's license. This action raises serious concerns about potential misuse of my personal information. I am worried that my information may be used for illegal purposes.
I request an investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken against the employee. I also request confirmation that my personal information will be securely destroyed and not be used for any purpose other than the initial service inquiry.
