I went here twice. They won't even try to sell me their phones. They say one price when their website says another. Stay away. First time I was here the lady was nasty.

The male staff member with the tattoos wouldn't complete my transfer from one phone to an insured phone I had purchased. Handed me the phone to speak to customer service when that was his job was to help me. Management didn't help either. Were laughing as though it was a joke. I work as a chef they have a $2/hr job really. They going to be rude like that. I wouldn't ever recommend this location to anyone. I had to go to another store far from here to get my phone's switched when I just live a block away. Very unprofessional.

How can I switch to your metro I went to the store and staff name JUAN!!! want to sell only the new phone and new number I just need to buy the new sim card to port my old number in They don't sell it to me No Service mind No explanation Rude and ignore How you guys train your staff ?? I had called the customer service that she tried to activate the new sim card for me and she need to talk with the staff over there but they ignored it You are not working with the same company ?? They told me to go to the small store to buy the sim card Then i went to the small store they ask me to go back to the store that I left I don't know the way that you guys work This is the worst experience for me ever The store address is 83-01 Roosevelt Ave, Queens, NY 11372.

So I paid 700 for an iPhone 7 maybe about 3 years ago and it was refurbished and the accessories that came with it (charger and headphones) didn’t work , and the staff was very rude when I told them about it

I will admit there was some craziness in the beginning I will say that in the end I got the assistance I needed. It wasn't the store that caused the mishaps but I am so glad they were able to help me cause I definitely need my phone for important calls I had been waiting on. The store manager Theresa was such a help. When Theresa was able to resolve my issue it was such a relief and she calmed me once she realized it was already over the run around I was receiving from somewhere else. The store is beautiful and worth going to. Everyone there is polite and they keep up with the covid guidelines for their store. Thank you so much for your time and Theresa if you read this sorry for the delay!! Lol thank you so much!!!

I will like to write a complain regarding the "supervisor" of the morning shift 7/23/2018. The girl was very rude to my mother, my mother tried to make a payment on the machine inside and waited her turned. There was a couple that was arguing regarding payment at the inside machine, as she waited she made a slight comment asking if she can go before the couple since the couple was still not resolving the problem with payment. when the "supervisor" with dark long curly hair snap at her and told her very rudely to go outside since she was using the machine. My mother was very offended by this since the "supervisor" yelled at her, obviously she did not stay quiet, as she was waiting for her turned like everybody else. Not only this girl was rude to my mother but also to another gentleman waiting for his turned. To a point where the security guard had to interviene. My mother was very disappointed of the low customer service this store has, and couldn't believe that the company place someone like that on a higher position, who does not know how to deal with customers at high volume, she just hope this lady does not treat other customers like this, since it makes the company looks very unprofessional.

One of the worst metro I been to, this young lady try to sell a phone which is double the price then what it should be, I wanted a j7 phone which I could get free because I'm switching from boost mobile, but she insisted I have to pay the reminder of the price of the phone . Just wow
