Don’t even bother to come to the service department , they are unprofessional and swear words between their conversation , give bad attitudes. I wish they are happier about their job.

I am regular customer today I came here that my tire have a less air but when I asked the guy he was sitting inside he was not helping me out. That’s his job he should to tell me what should I do? he was ignoring me . I will never come back to this gas station

the display is misleading。always shows the previous customer's billing info always.
Not only this a privacy issue, also confuse the next customer whether he /she should be responsible for the charge

Blew a tire on the Throgs Neck Bridge. A huge nail, more like a spike, went through the bottom of the tire and exited through the sidewall. The tire needed to be replaced. They did a great job. They tried to find the same tire. Too bad mine was special which I did not know it was. I thought a tire is a tire. I asked if I could replace it with any other tire. And they replaced it with a new one. They even put the tire pressure monitor inside the new tire and reset the tire pressure system in the car.

This isn't the cheapest place to get gas in the area, but the location is super convenience (on the corner of Northern Blvd and Utopia Pkwy).They have a proper garage for repairs and car inspections, a convenience store to pick up snacks or wiper fluid, some self-service air stations, and they do sell lotto.
