Andrew and his team are the only shop that I'd entrust with any types of inspections, diagnostics, and repairs for my vehicles. They are kind, honest, upfront, hardworking, and most importantly, trustworthy!
I had several issues on my vehicle that caused issues within the AC & cooling system. The AC system had recently been replaced with new parts due to a faulty AC compressor, and Andrew was helpful in assessing and making repairs, in addition to, changing out parts that required changing despite being new.
I recently returned from an extensive, week-long road trip, and not a single issue! I am blessed and grateful that Andrew and his team were able to resolve all issues, and at a reasonable rate than anywhere else. Imagine having anxiety that there may be issues en route to the destination on the side of the highway, and my relief when there were none. TYSM!
People complaining about gas prices must not be locals. The gas station is located on prime ($$$$) Flushing land. If you're looking for cheap gas, drive to Jamaica or elsewhere. The gas prices are comparable to others, especially being on Northern Blvd.
Highly recommend Andrew's shop for all things auto 100/10!

Been going there for state inspections and recommended family members to try them, all satisfied with prompt, courtesy, and honest rapport when they find issues and allow vehicle owners to decide on using their services or DIY repairs for miscellaneous things.

Be careful what you buy. They gave me an expired Sprite with a hole in the cap. No clue how that happened but I had to run ALL the way back from my job, just to exchange it. It would be a lot easier if they allowed customers to enter in the late night but they lock the doors. So you’re stuck with whatever nasty option that they give you.

So I came to Lai's auto service in need of some serious work, and let me tell you they did not disappoint. I met Andrew the mechanic and he was very polite, honest and straight forward. He let me know of a lot of problems I didn't know I had and previously I was going to another shop but they were just taking my money. Andrew helped me out and explained everything with details and ways I could understand. It was a great experience overall and the prices were good and they are quick and efficient with the work I definitely recommend.
