stay away. they will always find something to fail you in inspection. my tire was compleLy fine and jonathan asked me to change it. I even verified with another auto store. the worst!!

Worst experience that I've ever had. I went there three times, trying to fix the USB connection problem and the Intake & Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Sensor Solenoid because the engine light was on. First time the technician said, "You said the USB port was loose. I checked it but it's not loose. You asked me to check the blower motor but didn't ask me to check the engine." Fine, maybe I didn't make my point clearly for fixing the USB and the engine light on the dashboard. The second time I went there and claims these issues clearly. The same technician, Jonathan asked me to wait for a while and he said that he would call me as soon as he finished the inspection. I waited from 8:40 AM to 3:30 PM and he didn't call me back. So I went to the store to check the progress. He told me the problem was the USB adapter and he also found that the engine problem code was P0013. He suggested me buy a USB adapter to install and he just turned off that code. He asked me to drive for a couple of days to see whether the engine inspection light was back on or not. Fine! I bought the new USB adapter from Amazon and the engine light was on again. So I went to the store at 8:20 AM today and asked the technician (Jonathan again) to fix the problems. I waited seven hours and didn't get a call from him at all! I called to the store three times and nobody answered my phone! I had to go to the store in person to check the progress. He said "The problem of the USB is probably the circuit, not the adapter. It is not worth checking the entire circuit. I don't have the parts for the engine problem now and I have to buy from the GMC dealer." Excuse me? Why did he waste my time and energy for the whole day and told me he couldn't fix them at this moment? I have already spent more than 300 bucks for these and haven't got my car fixed. I am really pissed off and will never go there anymore!!!! Shame on them!!!

Bad experience with the repair shop, repairman and the shop owner have sick attitude toward customers and very dishonest. Avoid this place.

$18 for a $2 lightbulb and 20 seconds of time. Went in for an inspection and discovered that my two parking light bulbs in my bumper needed to be replaced. They looked at all the lights before they did all the other checks. Then they entered the info in the computer instead of just telling me a couple bulbs were out. Then they quoted me $18 each to fix and pass inspection! When I told them I happened to have extras in my glove box they said they would charge me $10. I went to install them myself and put one in within 20 seconds. When I went to put the second one in they yelled and pulled my car out saying there were other people waiting. I put the second bulb in and had to wait for them to resume the inspection. They charged me $10 for me replacing my own bulbs. Super sleazy.
