Morning Glory offers a wide selection of cute items, including pens, notebooks, and stationary. The store has a great setup with lots of cool stuff, and many find everything they need. However, the items are a bit pricey and overpriced, which is a pretty big downside. A significant point of contention is the customer experience. Multiple reviewers report that you will be followed throughout the entire store by staff, who maintain close proximity. This made customers feel uncomfortable, unable to browse peacefully, and was described as stalking. This loss prevention method is noted as a major fallback, contributing to perceptions of poor customer service and staff with an attitude. While some employees were really nice, the overwhelming feeling is that the strict surveillance overshadows the cute and tempting items.

Such a clean and pretty store! I am glad that they reopened at new location. New store is a bit smaller than the old location but they still have cute and pretty items. The staff is so friendly and nice. I love their Labubu and Sonny angel collections!
