Not only was I greeted as I came in but someone helped me with my inquiry about my dry scalp issue. The staff was very informative and helpful. And boy that argan soap is working really well. Thank you!!!

The staff were nice and helpful to me, but the older lady at the register was kind of rude and had a stink face… not sure what we did but the attitude was not necessary

Solid spot for Korean beauty products. They often have sales across various items, most notably buy one-get one face masks. Worth a stop if you're looking to add something to your routine (or start one in general...).

Came here on Sunday afternoon and this place had quite a lot of people! But it's fine because there were lots of girls walking around asking if we needed any help choosing products! There was a huge variety of skin care stuff! I didn't realize this was a Korean brand. Everything was very affordable also! I got mascara, eyeliners, concealer and face creams! There was so much more to see but my kids were getting impatient with me! I'll def be back soon! Everyone that worked there was so nice too! The cashier Fiona was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and nice! Thanks for all your help!

They changed the music for me because I said I did not like the song to my friend but I didn't realize how loudly I said it. It was Christmas music and hearing it traumatizes me since I hear it all the time at work. 10/10 customer service!

Great Korean skincare store with cleansers, face masks, creams, etc. I went during their Black Friday sale and everything was HEAVILY discounted. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave suggestions on products. I got some face creams and hand lotion which so far I like. Definitely would visit again!

I come here once in a while to pick up some face masks and the staff are very welcoming. I haven’t seen her in a while but the girl with the red hair is always super helpful and will remember you! Unfortunately when I had gone recently and tried to ask for help one of the staff had ignored me because she was on her phone. Very disappointing.

I've been to this store a few times, mainly for their face masks and makeup. The staff there are very welcoming and knowledgable and always helped me when needed. However, I cannot give more than 2 stars because of one worker in particular. Every time I go to the store, MICHELLE (which one of the staff had told me was her name), always had a rude tone when checking me out. Not only that, she would constantly be on her phone while everyone else was working hard. Just today, she was circling around the store on her phone, while I was waiting on line. We made eye contact and she proceeded to walk away, instead of checking me out. Another worker had to run from the front just to help. Previously, she had thrown my receipt paper at me and left in a rush. She seems older than the other workers, yet can't seem to do her job properly. Very disappointing.
