Came here on Sunday afternoon and this place had quite a lot of people! But it's fine because there were lots of girls walking around asking if we needed any help choosing products! There was a huge variety of skin care stuff! I didn't realize this was a Korean brand. Everything was very affordable also! I got mascara, eyeliners, concealer and face creams! There was so much more to see but my kids were getting impatient with me! I'll def be back soon! Everyone that worked there was so nice too! The cashier Fiona was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and nice! Thanks for all your help!

Great Korean skincare store with cleansers, face masks, creams, etc. I went during their Black Friday sale and everything was HEAVILY discounted. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave suggestions on products. I got some face creams and hand lotion which so far I like. Definitely would visit again!

I come here once in a while to pick up some face masks and the staff are very welcoming. I haven’t seen her in a while but the girl with the red hair is always super helpful and will remember you! Unfortunately when I had gone recently and tried to ask for help one of the staff had ignored me because she was on her phone. Very disappointing.

I've been to this store a few times, mainly for their face masks and makeup. The staff there are very welcoming and knowledgable and always helped me when needed. However, I cannot give more than 2 stars because of one worker in particular. Every time I go to the store, MICHELLE (which one of the staff had told me was her name), always had a rude tone when checking me out. Not only that, she would constantly be on her phone while everyone else was working hard. Just today, she was circling around the store on her phone, while I was waiting on line. We made eye contact and she proceeded to walk away, instead of checking me out. Another worker had to run from the front just to help. Previously, she had thrown my receipt paper at me and left in a rush. She seems older than the other workers, yet can't seem to do her job properly. Very disappointing.

I went to visit the store, I will give 3 stars to the workers working hard in stocking the shelves and cabinets but there was one worker, very short. On her phone at the register not standing behind the register but sitting on the floor on her phone. i was happy to see everyone working hard to please the customers but please tell that short lady to do something.

I was in need of some skin care while visiting Flushing and noticed this store having a HUGE SALE. Almost everything was 70% off? I grabbed a bunch of face masks, makeup wipes, and other essentials. The staff gave out free samples too!This is also a fun spot for k-pop fans. Buy $15 worth of products, and you get an NCT-127 photocard from their collab! Pretty good deal :) They also have cardboard cutouts featuring most of the members around the store.

I always go here to get my skincare routine products. I go once every few months, sometimes every month the if they something I like on sale. Most of the products are good for my skin. I have semi-sensitive skin. However this store really needs to improve their customer's service skills. The first time I went when the store first opened up in Flushing, the I’ve never seen her again and after that some of the staff there have little clues about their own products and poor identifying the customer's needs, and recommending appropriate products for them. Many times when I went there, the salespeople were just following me around, and asked me if needed help, some just stayed their distance, and when I asked them, they just read what was on the product packet like a robot. Just today, hallelujah! I met another staff member who was very knowledgeable, she gave me honest recommendations of the products that were best for my skin type. I decided to try on the new products she recommended. However, I was disappointed with how they poorly handled a situation today when one of the prices of the products I bought was different from what was displayed. I brought it up to the cashier and the salesperson who helped me with it. She went to ask her manager and when she returned she played dumb and said it was not the right price. I asked them if they can give me the price as what was displayed (it was a $10 difference). I was a salesperson at a cooperating store before too and we made a mistake with the product’s price displayed, we always give the customers the price they saw on the displayed. But the staff members here didn't. I just feel it was poorly handled. I didn't have time to argue with them and I didn’t want to look petty. I felt I was being tricked into buying products and lied to. The girl who was helping me spent a decent amount of time with me in front of the product display, she could have noticed the wrong tag and prices that were wrongly displayed. Credibility was lost today.

when i first saw the store i saw the sail. i was happy and excited just to found out that most of the items are soon to be expired and it's only one specific items which i was unpleased with. apart from that most of the items contain alcohol which dried my skin quickly.

I've walked past the Korean company, Nature Republic many times over the years and I finally decided to check it out. The store's big sale made it even more enticing to do some shopping. The staff took the time to assist me and made recommendations. While I did request for samples, they unfortunately did not have any available at the time and did not offer smaller sizes for purchase.One observation I have about beauty stores in general is the unsanitary nature of customers helping themselves to test products. As an unrealistic solution, the staff recommended that I try testing the product on the side of my face myself. I have dry skin and needed a daily face cleanser. The staff recommended the Jeju Sparkling Foam Cleanser, which claims to be moisturizing. After bringing the product home, I tried it out and noticed that the scent was quite familiar, as it's a common fragrance found in other creams. The texture of the product was creamy, and I didn't notice much foam Unfortunately, it dried out my skin. In my opinion, this product seem to be more suitable for oil skin so it is falsely advertised. In terms of improvements, I would suggest that the store have the staff handle the testers instead of the customers, especially when it comes to facial products. Additionally, it's important not to falsely advertise products to avoid customer dissatisfaction.Overall, I felt let down by my experience at Nature Republic. I was excited to finally purchase Korean beauty products in America, but ended up feeling ripped off.

I was at the store not to long ago with my child and the second I walked in the staff members literally went on top off us as if we were going to steal… I thought that was odd because there was a good amount of people in the store and yet they literally came running to us but I let it slide then when I went to pay for my things my daughter was just standing in a corner, waiting for me to pay for my things and a staff member repeatedly kept walking past her, looking at her as if she was trying to steal something which made her very uncomfortable… as a person of color, i’m very disappointed, and feel very discriminated against in my whole experience at the store.
