Update 8/6: package delivered day after supposed delivery. Called the company they said it hadn't been delivered but that the company we originally ordered from marked as delivered when it hadn't yet. Was indeed delivered next day to our apartment door which we appreciated. Communication with big box stores needs to improve but otherwise, delivery was fine.
Just received a notification this morning that our package was delivered. Went out immediately and no package was delivered, no photo of delivery, no doorbell rang...nothing

This place is the worst...been waiting foe 2 weeks...company I ordered from said they must have lost my stuff...had to reship. Tracking number I got was same as someone else's that got delivered in feb....it's july.

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR COURIER SERVICES. PLEASE USE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE. I promise you not only will it be cheaper, you will be treated better and more importantly, they will do the job you are paying for.

Very poor customer service. Will call to reschedule deliveries of furniture at the last minute and then tell you they have no availability because they are delivering to others, despite the issue being their fault and despite you having scheduled before others. Customer service rep Chas and manager Shelly were of absolutely no help and didn't mind being no help to customers. They need to be trained on how to deal with issues and don't seem to mind inconveniencing customers.

I ordered a high end item from Bergdorf Goodman. This 3rd party delivery service said they delivered the package..It never came. Complete fraud. Bergdorf is a high end store and should never use this fraudulent delivery company.

ZERO STARS!!! The driver STOLE my package then sent me some random picture of random boxes in some unknown basement in some unknown country or state talking about "delivered"! When I called NIN the person I spoke to sent me the pic below so matter of fact I couldn't help but laugh bc WHERE IS THIS PLACE YOU SENT ME A PIC OF? Is this a joke? When I asked him "what is this a picture of" he says to me "its in your mail room" as if he knew personally where this room is located. I said to him, "Oh, is it in my mailroom? You found a magic mailroom in my office building that doesn't exist?" The way he kept cutting me off to say its in my mailroom sent me into a blind rage! MY OFFICE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE A MAIL ROOM. I REPEAT: DOES NOT HAVE A MAIL ROOM!!!! He told me he would call the driver then call me back but I 100% doubt that. I am sure our packages are on their way to Canal Street right now.****UPDATE**** THE DRIVER DELIVERED THE PACKAGE TO AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT BUILDING.The incompetence is palpable.THIS "SHIPPING COMPANY" NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Awful company. They don't even bother to buzz your door on delivery and leave packages outside on busy street corners in NYC. They deliver for Bergdorf//NM and so knowingly throw thousands of dollars worth of goods on the street with no attempt to contact the recipient. It's really not that hard to hit the buzzer when you are already at the door. My packages have been stolen twice now because of Need It Now. And both times I was at my door within 5-10 minutes of delivery in a panic because I received an email confirmation yet no buzzer. Delivery person left brownstone gate wide open and package was immediately stolen.

I would not use these people to ship a rock. I ordered from Lowe's and as of now what I ordered is a week past when it was suppose to be here. Yesterday it snowed out for delivery but never came. Now it shows tomorrow. Delivery has changed 4 times in a week. Lesson is if you order on Lowes.com have it shipped to Lowe's and you might get it when you're suppose to.
