NEW YORK BADMINTON CENTER (NYBC) is a dedicated badminton facility located in Flushing, Queens, just six blocks from the Main St subway and LIRR station. It is one of the few indoor badminton courts in NYC, making it a popular spot for players of all skill levels. Players must make reservations, as drop-ins are not guaranteed, and they are required to come with partners. If someone does not have a partner, they can text the center to find a match. The facility has up to seven courts, which are generally clean but can feel cramped, particularly behind the courts where space is limited. Air circulation is poor, leading to a humid atmosphere, especially during the summer months, and there is no air conditioning. The restrooms are old and may not meet everyone's cleanliness standards. Despite these drawbacks, the vibrant energy from experienced players makes it an enjoyable environment, particularly for those new to the game. The center's location also provides easy access to nearby dining options. Overall, NYBC is a well-loved venue for badminton enthusiasts, despite some challenges related to space and climate.
Super fast reply to email about Yonex Tennis Racket restringing. They do NOT restring tennis rackets.
(FYI in case anyone looking comes across them too.)

NYBC is a solid badminton spot with good courts and a chill vibe. The space is clean, well maintained, and easy to book.
Great place to play casually or get a good workout in.

Very popular club here. Predominantly Asian players and coaches. This place has multiple courts and training classes always on Fast, packed and smelling like there is no ventilation. Parking is a big challenge since only street parking is available and it is very limited.
