Very, very, very unprofessional. The location on Woodhaven and Jamaica is the worst. Save your time and go to Ridgewood Savings Bank.

I’m not sure why I still use this rinky dink bank when u have TD, chase, Bank of America and city right down the street on main. I came in to make a small cash deposit and noticed there wasn’t a single deposit slip. I went up to teller(a black lady) and asked her politely if I could right my account on a slip. She coldly tells me” you know you can just tell me your account number right” with an attitude and started mumbling below her breath as if I couldn’t tell she wasn’t talking bad about me. I get it if your having a bad day but don’t take it out on me if I’m just asking you a simple question and not starting an issue. I use the app as much as possible to avoid branches and people but I can’t put cash through a phone. Anyways why am I wasting time with a bank when they can’t even get the most basic customer service right.

I notice outside the branch on roosevelt ,in flushing,n y and union street, there are vendors, flowers and bags ..I guess gives a friendly touch.,outside especially since c.o.v.i.d.i bank in the area.i just wonder ,do any of them give you business? You might offer them some hot cocoa for the holiday, just a thought, as long as they are friendly and not hostile, who wants to be bothered with that..right?,,I was in florida this summer..what a treat. So laid back and warm..say customer of theirs suggested it.Merry xmas and happy new year." Worst experience at this bank ever. I was being refer to this bank by my relative for a business checking account. The staff wasn't helpful staff all, when I told her that I wanna open a business checking account, she looked at me in a weird way. Very unprofessional service, where she doesn’t know any knowledge at all. She even asked me to come back tomorrow because she doesn’t know what to do and how to do her work. The staff was looking down at me, and make me felt very uncomfortable and question me like I couldn’t pay for the $3000 deposit. She said they have to come to my store to investigate in my business, before letting me open a business checking account. Which is funny, why kind of bank have to come to the store to investigate in ur business for opening a checking account. I’m not even asking them for a credit card account. It’s a saving account, where I put my money in. It’s just a really bad experience. DON’T recommend this bank, if u want to open a business account. Very unprofessional and clueless staff at this bank!

I've been banking here since 1983, that's a long time. Now that they have expanded, there are more locations to do business. Years ago, while banking at this branch I had free 30 minutes parking in the Muni Lot, not anymore. However, my thanks to a very pleasant employee whom we met on Tues July 31st. His name is Joseph Perez who hails from The Bronx. While at the bank, Mr. Perez spent over an hour explaining new bank regs; he also graciously helped us make some adjustments to our existing accounts. This man is a hard worker. If only everyone were so kind, professional and caring--this would be a much nicer world. Thank you Mr. Perez! I learned this young man has been promoted to theWe'll miss you. new Yonkers Branch, so congratulations are also in order ! We'll miss you Joseph.

It's a bank that actually service customers, and unlike other banks in flushing with only 1 teller or the bankers force you to service yourself by using their ATM's. They also offer good interests on cds. Unlike commercial banks take my money and not paying me any interest and make money off my money and have myself to service myself. They offer everything that commercial banks offer so y bother going to other banks if NYCB is there.

9.5.17 Queens County Savings Bank. Roosevelt Ave, Downtown Flushing, NY. 11354 Hi Yelping family,! Great to say hello again. I'd like to introduce the community to a great local Neighborhood Bank. Welcome to "The Queens County Savings Bank", on Roosevelt Avenue in Downtown Flushing. This is an incredibly accessible small-town feel Bank, right in the heart of Metro Flushing. This Community Bank is actually part of a powerful Network of business and personal family institutions. Flushing County Bank is a division of the N.Y.C.B, (New York Savings Bank). A powerful big guns Bank with a neighborhood feel. Recently my wife and I needed some papers notarized. We received some of the most excellent personal service that I have received in a bank. The vice president of this Branch invited us into his office and personally notarized the numerous documents for my wife and myself. We were not his Bank customers as of yet, but he treated us like old friends. Afterwards he refused any compensation for his much appreciated accommodation. This Bank is now becoming another community asset for my business and personal needs. You can never have too many banks. I am very grateful to the Queens Community Savings Bank, and the very nice Bank Vice President for this unexpected courtesy. Yes, here at the QCSB, you can still get a smile in "The Streets of New York City" JIM D.
