Moved to the area and asked to have prescriptions transferred from my old neighborhood pharmacy. They told me they preferred prescriptions straight from the doctor so instead of having another pharmacy send them they wanted me to wait till Monday, wait for a doctor’s office to get back to me, then wait for them to send the prescription to the pharmacy instead of having my previous pharmacy simply send the prescriptions over for immediate pickup. When you are sick or disabled, you often have multiple doctors prescribing medicine. Making patients jump through hoops seems to be the norm here, but thankfully there are other neighborhood pharmacies.

I've had way too many issues with trying to get medications filled. I also had my fair share of the owner, Rajani speaking to me in a condescending tone. Today on 10/22/22 I called him out on his behavior. My doctor sent a prescription to the pharmacy to get filled. Unfortunately they do not carry it so I had to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy. He offered to give me the script to bring to another pharmacy. I told him that I did not need it. I thought I would be OK by verbally giving the information over the phone and bringing a copy of the script on my phone if necessary. Unfortunately, that did not work. I ended up calling Norden Drugs again. The owner, Raiani answered the phone and I told him I needed the script. I also asked if he can have it ready by the time I come over. He told he's busy and hung up the phone on me. When I went to the pharmacy I asked to speak to him. I told Rajani I did not appreciate his behavior and how he went about hanging up on me. I said I was trying to ask you a question if I would be able to come pick it up now He said I didn't hear that. I said of course you wouldn't have because you hung up the phone. He gave me the script and a very smug apology. Due to this interaction I won't be returning.

The owner is a an arrogant, rude and bitter man who doesnt know how to communicate with his customers. Anyone who can’t answer a few simple questions regarding medication use should raise a red flag. I wouldn’t trust this pharmacy and would rather go to Rite Aid or Walgreens. At least they treat their customers with respect.

My family lives in the area so I'm not here too often but this time I'm staying with them and sadly this neighborhood doesn't have too much going on. There's a Dunkin donuts, Chinese food, supermarket and I remember they're not being a pharmacy before, unless I just haven't been paying attention. I'm not sure when this place opened up, but I'm very happy it's there! They had exactly what I was looking for, my "hippy dippy" echinacea supplements that I usually get from whole foods. They were kind and really wanted to help me find what I was looking for... I actually had no idea what I was looking for I did not expect to find my supplements here. I prefer to shop at smaller pharmacy businesses then the big chains so I'm really happy I found them this evening.
