I went in for an engine oil change and had a great experience. Paul was friendly and welcoming. Since I had an appointment, I didn’t have to wait and got service right away.
I asked for a regular oil change, but Paul accidentally charged me for synthetic oil. When I checked my receipt at home and reached out, he immediately admitted the mistake and told me to stop by whenever I had time to get the price difference refunded. Since I was planning to come back anyway, I asked if he could apply the difference as a credit to my account, and he took care of it without any issues.
It’s rare to see that kind of honesty, especially when so many other shops try to cover up their mistakes. Dealing with someone straightforward like Paul made my day.

Paul is absolutely the best! He is very kind, polite and honest about what work you need on your car. I have been a loyal customer of North Flushing Auto Care for about 5 years and this is the only shop that doesn't make you feel like they're trying to recommend unnecessary work to get money out of you. Whenever I make an appointment, they are always on time and it's never really a long wait (inspection and oil changes). Thanks Paul and team!

Went there for 4 new tires. They broke my tire sensor, then refused to take responsibility even after they said they broke it.. Also they fix my car, same problem in 2 weeks. I go to Danny's, my car is still fixed. Would not recommend.

My family and i have been going to Paul and his crew for almost 40 years. He has always delivered top-notch customer service in every way possible. He and his staff are everything you'd want in a mechanics shop: honest, reliable, trustworthy and thorough. I often leave my car by the shop because I live close by and have the utmost faith that it is in good hands. The best auto shop in queens. The work is done well and in a timely manner. Paul the owner is amazing! He took care of my mothers’ Nissan Sentra when it needed a new horn and he takes care of my 2013 modified Jeep Rubicon. It’s nice to see there are still honest repair shops out there that deliver excellent customer service and great work! You have a customer for life!

We’ve been using Paul for over 30 years. Honest and competent. You can’t ask for more. I brought my out of warranty Honda Accord there for an AC issue. He told me he thought there was an extended warranty issued on the condenser. There was an extended warranty issued due to a problem and Honda had to fix it for no cost. Saved me lots of money. Excellent shop.

You may think that replacing wiper blades are no big deal, but you can’t drive in the rain without them. It rains every other day. So, for a week I avoided driving on rainy days and watched countless Youtube videos about how to install new wiper blades. Feeling confident today I went to AutoZone and bought them. It did NOT work out —-and it is definately going to rain tomorrow!I started to get very upset thinking (as a woman) that some mechanic is going to rip me off just to secure that hook thing onto the wiper arm and may even hold my car for hours just to do it…It unfortunately happened that way in the past at other auto shops.That is not what happened today.This incedibly sympathetic man named Paul took care of both blades in a matter of minutes and was very kind about it. He did not charge or take a tip or hold my vehicle for hours to do this. He also answered and advised me about another issue too. Thank you so much Paul! You may have restored my faith in mechanics and your exceptional generosity distinguishes you and this business from other auto repair shops. Thank you so much!
