They have been open despite the pandemic. Sometimes they don't allow you to come on, sometimes they do, I don't like the inconsistency. Some of the staff are very friendly and would address your questions like which sweet wine they recommend, but sometimes they have no clue and is a little frustrating. I wanted Venezuelan rum and they ran out it, and the owner was able to bring some from the other store, that was very nice. Overall they would have a mix of the spirit of your choice, of you are in the area I do recommend it.

Came on a Sunday and there were tons of street parking in front of the store. I wasn't really sure what I wanted but the person in the front helped me out. He was very friendly and helpful. I got grey goose and wine. What was nice was that they had 5 percent off when you check in. I think the prices here are reasonable and they had some discounts.

I like these guys. They have a neatly kept store and a friendly demeanor. I have never felt pressure to buy anything and am always given a variety of price points to choose from. Additionally, they have a reward system so you can rack up points and earn money back toward a future purchase.

Great great great customer service even from the beginning. Every time I have went in there I've been greeted warmly and told to let him know if I had any questions or needed any suggestions. I always drink Robert Mondavi Napa Valley switching btw the merlot and cab but I go through about 2-3 bottles a week (don't judge me lol). Anyway, today I felt like something was off when I initially opened the bottle and wasn't sure if that made me unsure if it tasted right or if it just didn't taste right. I hate being that person but honestly I just wanted to relax with a nice glass tonight but wouldn't be able to enjoy it bc I would continue wonder. So, I called and on the phone he was more than kind and told me to stop by, even tmrw if I wanted. I stopped in and he tasted the wine and said it tasted fine and explained why I might have felt like it was off but gave me a new bottle anyway to ease my mind. His knowledge of wine and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction felt genuine and compelled me to leave this long review lol!
