Worst experience ever. Those type of people should not be involved in any business that related to customers. If you want to spoil your shopping experience specifically on this EID then this is the perfect location to visit.

They have great collections. We have bought quite a few outfits. We were under pressure to buy an outfit for a wedding. They said if we do not like it, we can get store credit. Well, turned out they just said it to make a sale. That outfit was 130 bucks. They did not honor their word. Hence they lost thousands of dollars in business, as I was promoting this store to my friends and family. Not anymore. As those that lack integrity do not get my business. We found a better store, with great selection and great price as well. This is a story of a person who lacks vision & long-term thinking.

Nadita the sales woman makes this expensive worth it. She is so down to earth and trues to help people get a good price.

For as long as I've gazed this stretch of Little India (#1), I've seen Perfection Bridal as one of the first stores in view. Located just steps from the east entrance to the 74th St station, this boutique biz has been a part of the neighborhood for a very long time. I'm fully aware I'm not the part of their target audience, have worn anything here (#2), so it's worth taking this review with a grain of salt. Despite my lack of traditional Indian attire experience, I've come here with friends and family to shop for sarees. (#3) Whether it was for tourist shopping in Jackson Heights or because they were hoping to rock a saree for an upcoming Indian wedding, I've seen a fair share of different outfits here and some of the stuff they have is pretty impressive. It's not all sarees of course, there's a whole spectrum of things they specialize in -- shalwar, kameez, lehnga choly, punjabi suits, silk suits, and children's formal wear. If they don't have items in house, they'll have it specially ordered from the motherland or import fabric for a custom job. Customer service could always been a bit warmer, but I say this because I think there could be a better hand holding experience for first timers out there. The staff seems to be able to speak a number of languages / dialects, which include urdu, Hindi, Tamil, and Punjabi. I was told by others the prices here can be a bit on the expensive side, but I also don't have a ton of experiences shopping in other similar stores. __________ (#1) Nowadays, more like little Bangladesh. (#2) But I've paid. That makes me a customer. (#3) Or sari. Whatever floats your boat.

Worst experience. We ordered custom sized sherwani in July for my fiance and paid deposit in cash. We checked back early September and they hadn't even started and tried to pretend like they didn't know what we were talking about. Thank God we saved receipt as proof. They then said oh nevermind we will have it, come back in 2 weeks. Went back again and they tried to give us regular size 52 off the rack. Still didn't have his custom. Couldn't get answers because they just kept saying we had to speak with boss who's coming later but never showed. Wouldn't give me number for boss. Eventually we finally got our deposit back but now my fiance doesn't have an outfit 1 week before our wedding. Left us completely hanging. DO NOT BOTHER SHOPPING THERE, cheap clothes, unreliable, rude (even hung up on me once) and worst service.

I needed a plus size dress for my brother's wedding. And these guys were amazing in making it! Within a month they were able to get the dress made just the way the original was made! Lipi and nandita were very helpful. We did all of our shopping there and all the dresses were great. This store has the best prices compared to all the other stores in Jackson Heights

Very bad customer service. Needed to use bathroom really bad and they won't let use their bathroom as they think customer is going to mess it up. Was planning to buy few wedding dresses from this store. Left the store without buying it as they were very rude. Would given zero star if I had option.
