This bank is stuck in 1990. The online interface is terrible and useless. Customer service can't actually help with anything- you need to walk into a branch to do anything. I moved out of state and have been trying to close my account for THREE YEARSand they won't let me without walking into a branch. Insanity.

Have been a member for 5+ years. Familiar with many financial institutions in Maspeth. PSFCU gets a stong 5 stars from me. I have many accounts & referred many members. Never any problems. From the newest teller to the Branch Manager, all my family & friends rave about their customer service. I've also been waiting on line and witnessed the same professionalism to all members. They do not have a lot of employee turnover {which speaks much about the Maspeth Office} so staff knows who you are. Proud to give them this ranking as they deserve it.
