Terrible location to go to I’ll be closing my accounts with this company and taking my financials elsewhere policies are always changing without clients knowing about the changes. I went to this Location to withdraw funds from my Account and I was told I need to use the ID I opened up my Account stating that it is a new policy when I saw folks come in with different IDs and they’re allowed to withdraw funds this is discriminatory and I will be reporting this Company when policies are changed the public must be made aware of any changes in writing not by Mouth. No wonder why this company will never profit compared to bigger financial institutions.

Thru the years, I've asked few loans to this bank at this location, although I don't even have a bank account with them, they approved them. They stay true to the interest I was going to pay. This year I finished paying my debt and I know that I can count on this bank if I need it in the future.This is truly the Bank of the little people. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This has been our family's branch for over 30 years, so, we've seen A LOT of managers and staff come and go.For the past 15 years, it seems the management in charge of this branch change the managers and staff about every 4 to 5 years, so, this review is for the current group, who came about after the summer of 2018 (we're now in the middle of 2020).Anyways, it took a few months to warm up & get to know most of the staff and current manager... so, it was a bit of a "so-so" interchanges at the beginning. Now that the entire staff knows me & my family, they do a very good job taking care of our needs & questions (not trying to put the current staff down, but the previous "crew" (2012 to 2018) was the BEST/superb... I would call over the phone & they would recognize my voice!... I miss those guys dearly!).So, like anywhere else, it comes down to who's there to help you. Again, the current staff is good, so, no worries & give them a chance.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Waiting on line for 20min without any word. When I approached them they just told me to just continue waiting without any explanation of why there is such a long hold.

This branch should receive zero stars. The unprofessionalism of the “branch manager” should be reviewed. The “branch manager” is always “busy” and never has time to speak to her customers. I have been here more then three times to speak to her and I drive for 30 minutes to this branch since this is where I have opened it and no consideration has been Given. I will be closing my account with this bank because of this branch manager.

Won't close ATM card that was lost or stolen. This bank sucks. Weeks of calls and emails go unanswered. Charges continue to appear.

2 weeks ago, I deposited a check for $ 309.21 through the atm, the transaction went fine and I even got a receipt. I noticed a few days later ur had not been made into cash so I went to the branch at Baxter ave in queens NY. I found no help, because, the agent said that I had already made the claim over the phone, and the policy of the bank did not allow them to do anything, until the claim department made it's finding clear to them. I have made 7 calls to the claim dpt which is sending me to the branch again., for what the agent told me they cannot fix it internally. This Bank is HORRIBLE.

Very friendly bank. Small but modern design. Atm on the inside of the bank. The check in consists of two table top tablets
