Went in for a gel manicure. Started with one woman who did the filing and cleaning of my nails. She used a machine to scrape off my cuticles to the point where at least 5 of my fingers were bleeding. She stopped the service to take another customer who just needed one nail fixed and passed me on to another nail tech. When I went to the other nail tech, she said I was bleeding because my hands were dry, not because my cuticles were beyond obliterated.
My fingers stung under hot water for the next couple of days. There was no attempt to disinfect my fingers and there was dried blood on the manicure itself.

My nails have been restored!! After several years of acrylic and apres nails, they were severally damaged. I had been looking for a salon with healthier options and attention to detail. Bella is simply amazing; she works fast but also has attention to detail, ensuring she nails look beautiful.
