“I created a daily calendar for my family for our little boys. It was quite a bit of work and when I brought it to be professionally made, I discovered there were several things that didn't work to get a professional job. Jay patiently explained and worked me through the process of fixing the calendar over several emails. The final print job that resulted was beautiful and not something I could have done without his help.”

“They should not have blamed the client for their failure to e-demonstrate the samples clearly. It is essential to let the client know the exact product that the client will receive beforehand. For example, they charge $50+ for a small piece of “rider” but send the client the whole picture of the “rider” and the other big part which can cause big confusion and misleading. However, I am glad that they try to make it up.”
