I've been going to the Queen Bee deli frequently and I think it's a welcoming place with great food and service. The morning chef, Robert, is VERY kind and frequently asks how I'm doing. The store has seating as well so its a great deli to eat at. The Queen Bee Deli is Fantastic, a gem of all Delis in Queens.

Roberto is always very pleasant. While he is making want ever you ask for he is always engaging in conversation with you. Really nice to see someone who likes his job and very caring.

Roberto is an example of someone who is passionate and dedicated to their job. He cooks every meal I requested with perfection. Just see by how he made my chopped cheese quesadilla.

Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering food at the deli.
After years of consistently unpleasant treatment from the deli guy, I have finally had enough. Regardless of whether it’s on the phone or in person, he will be extremely impolite toward anyone who is not close in ethnicity(I’m Asian). I have dealt with his rudeness before; in fact, it is not the first, second, or third instance. The lack of any other deli in the area has been a constant draw for me, but today I finally had enough. I get that he can have a lot on his plate sometimes, but that's not always the case. Just wanted to check in and see if he received my order. He didn't confirm, so I inquired. Then he gave me this dirty look and said, "I said yes, what more do you want from me?" “Do you need me to yell at you?” He made a comment to the effect that it was entirely my fault that I failed to hear him after I stated that I wanted to confirm because I didn't hear his confirmation. Absolutely unnecessary. Local businesses have my full support, however it's really hard to do so here. You have accomplished your objective if it was to force me to never come back.
The woman that works at the deli occasionally is really kind and welcoming, so not everyone is nasty. But this place is just not for me.
