Nurse was very disrespectful, made me sit there about 20 mins just to tell me my insurance doesn’t cover a simple blood test, didn’t give me the price either just told me to wait for the bill so if it came out to God forbid 500, I’d just have to pay it and there is nothing I can do. Honestly don’t go here if you’re trying to get yelled at and bombarded by so many people all at once who get upset if you need them to repeat something lol.

My mother's primary care doctor let us know we can walk in for a blood test. They have someone standing outside not checking names and rejecting people from walking in at the door. He was screaming and yelling. I walked past him to sign in and it was clear appointments were available on the tablet.
I tried letting Jenny know who was able to help her but she completely ignored us. She only spoke to us as if she was reading a script.

Ordered tests online and scheduled appointment for this location. I show up and they take me in and ask if I have a doctors note/referral. I inform the person that I paid out of pocket for the tests and ordered them at my own discretion, as Quest diagnostics allows you to do. They seem very confused by this and again ask if I have a doctors note. When I inform them again that I purchased the tests myself for myself, they condescendingly asked if I was a doctor. I show them my order confirmation email and ask if they can’t just search up my order and they tell they can’t. However, I’m certain they can search up the order because in the appointment confirmation email it specifies that if you ordered tests online, they can access your order.
They then gave me an email address saying I need to send my order confirmation there to be able to get my tests done. No where during my online purchase or in any emails was I informed that this had to be done and I’m certain that this employee just didn’t know what they were doing. Probably not a lot of people purchase blood tests for themselves without a doctor, however it is a service provided so these people should know the process to get it completed. Paid $222 and fasted for a blood test I didn’t even get to take. Rescheduled for a different location because this one is obviously filled with incompetence.

I walked in with my kids to get their blood drawn. A man came up to me and asked me if I had an appointment. I said no. He said there is a 3-4 hour wait. He then made a gesture with his hand as if he was shooing me away. Going by the past reviews in this guy, I’m surprised he is still working there. He was so rude!!! Didn’t even let me have a word in edge wise. I don’t not recommend this location.

I have been Quest Diagnostics's customer for a long time. My location, that my doctor recommended is 13620 38th AV Flushing NY 11354. There is nothing to complain until to day ( January 14 2025). My appointment is at 9:30 am I check in at 8:35 , hoping get earlier because next appointment is 9:50. Actually I told the receptionist about my case and asked If I could get the supporting. Finally I have to wait to 9:45, very bad experience. Most of staff here is old and very slow, some of them speak English not clearly. Hopefully you can renovate for the better service

I recently visited Quest Diagnostics for a blood Test and overall, my experience was positive. The staff was professional, and the check-in process was straightforward. I appreciated the convenience of scheduling an appointment online, which minimized wait time at the facility.
