The staff is very kind, the room is comfortable, and the location is right in the middle of several stores and restaurants in Flushing. Train station is within walking distance, too! I saw someone complain about the complimentary breakfast, but I found it to be pretty decent as far as hotel breakfasts go.

This is the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. Our plane was delayed and when we went to check in to the hotel that WE ALREADY PAID FOR they had sold our room. They are issuing no refund and the front desk man was incredibly rude and offered nothing to help. It was nasty when we walked in with gross towels and water all over the floor. We booked a different hotel and not are out $1000 because they won’t even refund the rest of the stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My dad and I had a good experience here. The front staff were polite/friendly during all interactions, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable - we even had an amazing view of the NYC skyline. We were here for the US Open and found it very easy to walk to the 7 train and take it for one stop. It was less than 20 minutes to go from hotel to inside the US Open facility. It would be even shorter if traveling to Citi Field. I would stay here again if we go back to the Open.

Good place in Flushing NY. The only thing is the room is a little bit small. sometimes the Wifi disconnected.

Mediocre motel-hotel with Airbnb no room service style. Get your own damn clean towels at the front desk. Kick your own damn wet towels to the front door so they dont stink up your room.
Saving grace was the prime location for 10 blocks of kick-ass Asian food and services.

**MY PHOTOS ARE AFTER WE STAYED! Didn’t get the chance to get before photos while it was neat, but the hotel room was clean and tidy!
This hotel is very clean and is very nice for the price! The front desk were always so kind and helped us with any questions, and even let us leave our baggage there before check in so we could explore Flushing! There were a lot of stores and restaurants nearby to explore and eat throughout our 3 day stay!
Our room was kept cool with the strong AC, and I will say the blankets are super heavy and will definitely keep you warm! I ended up using the thin sheets as a blanket so I didn’t overheat haha. There’s also a TV with typical TV channels, but feel free to bring an HDMI to connect your laptop to the screen if needed :)
They also have free breakfast downstairs consisting of 4 different cereals, muffins/donut bites/toast, fried rice, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and rice porridge! And to drink there’s coffee, orange juice, apple juice, water, and milk!
I will say the doors are pretty thin so you’re able to hear what goes on in the halls like the ice machine being used or a cart going by, but those were rare occurrences for us so we had no issues!
I also accidentally forgot my phone in the lobby, and the front desk had it but doubled checked and asked me to put my passcode in, so I appreciate that they’re extra secure with missing things! 🥹
Overall we were very happy with our stay and wouldn’t mind coming back in the future! 😊❤️

Room was very quiet.
Bathroom was clean and functional though a bit dated.
No USB charging ports so bring the AC adapters.
No parking available but found parking nearby at an extra cost.
Breakfast was standard basic inexpensive fare - the same each morning.
Coffee was actually quite good.
Staff were very helpful.

I’ve stayed here twice now and both times have been consistently pleasant. The rooms are spotless, super clean, organized, and neat. Depending on your room, you might even get a really nice view of the city outside. The front desk staff have always been kind and helpful. There’s convenient public parking at Hotel Indigo just down the street, which is a big plus. This has definitely become my go-to spot whenever I visit Flushing! 🫶🏻

My husband and I visited on a family reunion trip.
The hotel is clean. The breakfast was ok. It's in China town they cater more to Asians than a multicultural environment.
Lord cast the enemy out of me God I praise for miracle from my enemy The Lord sends me help to cast the enemy out of me. The Lord is my strong deliver. Jesus Christ cast the enemy out of me this day. I see a God cast the enemy out of me. You are coming out by the glory of God today and you are coming out by the blood of Jesus. You are coming by the angel of God.
The room was a bit small but clean and modern.
The front desk was amazing except there is no housekeeping.
I have to come down 10 floors to get extra towels.
Parking is next to Indigo hotel.
Parking is shared between Indigo and Ramada.
Parking is $40.00 a day.
But the they special preference for Indigo because one night I came back in the evening and they said they reserved parking for Indigo customers.
Overall I would visit again.

Was the only hotel available to book when I was in Queens for the Ateez concert in Citi Field 7.13.25. My mom chose to extend the stay for an extra rest day. Staff was so nice and helpful. No issues and enjoyed our stay. The view was cool and my baby sister enjoyed the corner table to draw by the window...would love a room like that next time. Wished the TV had more choices but other than that will book again.

I want to shoutout the night manager (I think his name is JK? younger guy with glasses) and the night staff working on 7/14/2025. Our flight got cancelled last minute and he + staff was incredibly courteous and helpful in getting us a hotel room.
Thank you guys SO MUCH! If i am ever back in Queens I will stay here no questions. Room was also incredibly clean.
