It's a Jetro/ Restaurant Depot. They are mostly the same. Where they differ most is in customer service. I can say with confidence, considering I've been to at least 7 different locations, that this one is the worst in customer service. No one has a clue. All I wanted to know was how much the tax rate was, and not only did no one know what the tax rate in NYC is, but no one could direct me to the appropriate person or resource to find out. Okay, so you work there and don't know what it is, but you should know to direct me to a manager, one would think. Couldn't even do that much. When I figured out where to find A manager, I was looking for any of them, their response was ,"I don't know, we don't set the rotation rate". Wait, you don't buy anything in NYC? You're a manager and you don't deal with any type of finance? Atrocious customer service. I have no choice but to visit that location, when I must. The state of affairs is abhorrent.

No respect for customers. Staff aren't property trained. My suspicion is that some of the staff just came out of prison and they are on probation. If that's a case, there is no problem with that but in return they must be trained better.

The Depot in College Point may be a bit smaller then Maspeth and Garden City. But it is so much nicer. Clean, organized and some options I can not find at the other locations. Not saying the other locations do not have them, I just cant find them. I spoke to Maria on the phone before I went and she was very sweet and helpful. I am happy I tried this depot out. Thos place has more families coming in.

It was my 1st time in this location. I purchased some halal meat, chicken breast, and chicken quatar legs . Taste of that chiken is awful and biter after each bite . I am not sure if it's safe to eat or not anymore. Something is definitely wrong.

I don't know why they would like to arrange such a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooog truck to make 90 degree back in parking in the busiest monday moring. Crush the Frank Golden Park's chain link fence, and cause the traffic jamming on 132nd street. It lasts 10-20 minutes for the parking, and minimum 20 vehicles to do the contribution of carbon emission.

Driver review:
Nice people here, but lawd have mercy the doors are awful here. On street backing on a busy street with some tight doors. Definitely have your coffee and bring your A game when coming here. Park on street and walk bills into receiving. Bout 2.5 hours all together.
