I was waiting for ten minutes just for someone to come unlock a product for me. As i was waiting a worker passed me and when i asked for help she brushed me off & told me to “wait a minute” after waiting several minutes i had to go look for someone to come unlock my product, a different lady told me to wait again, i was very upset i told her i had already been waiting for a long time, she argued with me back and worth until she finally unlocked the product i paid and left. on my way out i noticed the product is completely disgusting and over expired. its liquidy and has what looks like mold inside of it. this is insanely unsanitary and unsafe

Very bad customer services and people around the area be stealing while you shop. A very unsafe store and always runs out of anything you’ll possibly need at the movement of your shop.

Terrible service, to buy a therraflu you need an ID and you have to be from New York, at least with me it was like that, the guy next to me was not asked for an ID and terrible attention there are always people as if they wanted to work

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I approached the counter to ask for a flu shot, and the Asian lady with the glasses working there was incredibly rude. Instead of helping me, she told me to 'hurry up' because she was closing. When I mentioned that I would just go home instead, she laughed. This kind of disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this issue. Customer service should always be a priority!"

Do not waste your time going to that pharmacy. I made an appointment online for a flu shot. They asked for my card insurance and after I waited 40 minutes I went to ask to the young “big” lady and she said they don’t take my insurance. So you made me wait 40 minutes to tell me that when I was sitting waiting? The staff is horrible.

I've got a lot of different jobs and one of them includes the skill of "customer service" and the women who is working as a cashier's for asking a simple question it doesn't answer you as if I was being mind or something is a disappointment that you take a job that requires being alerted to any question and service to customer and you don't have s smile at least, u can put any excuse but if u have workers like that it just give a bad representation of the store at least let her know. Unfortunately I am sorry to give it 3 stars. I would like to give it more since it is the Pharmacy in my neighborhood and I would like it to improve its treatment and attention to customers. The cashiers are few who serve well, most of them treat customers as if we were going to beg for money. Gentlemen, we are going to pay for our purchases. In recent years, seasonal products such as Halloween and Christmas do not have a price and it is a great annoyance not to be able to know their value and for these reasons I hardly enter this pharmacy anymore.

Bad service my daughter try to buy some pad and Midol for menstruar pain but the cashier told her that her credit card didn’t work my daughter was crying because of the pain , I call the bank to ask why her card doesn’t work and they told me the car it’s ok and was not even using at all so I went back to the pharmacy and bought the same thing and use the same card whit a different cashier and the card did work so I ask the cashier what was the problem before and she ask the otter cashier and then the cashier star to yell at me saying that it’s not her fall ,,,,, poor service and she was not human no professional at all she star to yelling in front of everybody
