They will randomly open your safe deposit box for no reason! Never open a safe deposit box at this bank, they have a master key that can open any safe deposit box, the 2-keys system is a joke.Regulators needs to come and inspect how they operate their safe deposit box, i have contacted the 109 precinct multiple times due to missing item in my safe deposit box and later reappearing. According to the detectives, the surveillance system they use have missing footage according to their system metadata, which mean there able to delete any footage at will and claim its a camera glitch.This bank will get a cease and desist soon if they keep these shady deposit box practices.

Terrible business doing! No service, doesn’t care about user experience. You can at least update your hours on social media to avoid misleading your customers.

This is a terrible bank. After getting an incoming wire from my sister in Singapore, I had received non- stop harassing calls regarding who the wire was from and why the wire was sent to me. This is ridiculous, they ask to many questions for every single transactions. If not for the loan account I will close my checking account immediately. Ridiculous bank stay away!

Asked way to many questions for every single transactions. I dont really mind sharing any information. But once you start documenting thats where I stopped giving out info.
