I went to the Branch Today to open a checking account .
I want to say that I was truly impressed with the service and efficiency .
My personal Banker was Frankie Clarke !
What a professional young man with a Customer Service first mind set .
I’m glad to see young people with a nice profile working in this location .

Union Turnpike branch the worst. Will never go into that bank again. Hope they are happy they beat me out of safety deposit box refund. Not a trustworthy bank.

i called to make sure the people that help at the banks were there and they said yes and asked why i needed to go i told them to open an account and then i got there and asked to open an account they said we cant help you because if we do we cant help anyone else because we are helping u we need to make an appointment and they were very lazy there were three people that could help but they said only one is able to do that

No more drive thru. Teller miscounted cash deposit. Cost me another $100. Teller needs more training and practice

Thieves and stealing money.check your transaction .becoz when i checked.it was alot mistake.in some month i made two to three payment.instead of my balance go down.it was the same amount next month.what they did.they took two payment amount and put it in interest charge.ans my interest rate every month was different.i dont believe on this bank.

Takes extremely long to come to driver window. Do not greet you with a smile or hello especially the male tellers
