Highly recommend this cruise! The people were an absolute pleasure, the service was excellent, the DJ was so much fun, food delicious, sights were amazing and you get a view of the city from such a unique perspective. Absolutely would do it again.

It is a lovely cruise ship experience suitable for adults and kids alike - my kids enjoy the lunch cruise very much. The ship and crew are amazing and they serve lunch, tea and dessert on board.
One of the servers, Eugene is always so hospitable and goes out of his way to provide the best service on the cruise. They have plenty of space on deck to look out onto the water – and the refreshing breeze is so relaxing in addition to the many sights you get to see.
There is a photographer on board who takes photos so you can remember the experience. It is a kid-friendly cruise if you are looking for something fun and engaging to do with your kids.

manager was really rude and had a crazy attitude. the security staff actually had to apologize to my group over the managers behavior. would not return or recommend this to anyone.

My family of 13 (7 adults and 3 kids) and I had the best time celebrating our mama’s 70th birthday on the Skyline Brunch Cruise around Queens and Manhattan. Michelle hosted and took such amazing care of us along with a great team. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to make special memories with loved ones. The food was delicious too!

We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday with Skyline Princess Cruise. We had an awesome time on this cruise. My coordinator Adriana was wonderful, she help with the planning and shared great ideas on how to decorate etc. Everything I asked for, she made sure we had it done. The staff were very friendly, helpful and catered to our needs. Food was amazing. I love that they had a photographer on board and you were able to purchase and leave with your pictures. I can go on and on with this wonderful experience. I would definitely take another cruise with Skyline cruise and would recommend you all to book with them. You wont regret it. The memory will leave a big smell on you face 🥰 and your heart very happy.

This cruise was awesome!! Free parking at the dock, everyone who helped us was kind and kept the process order. Food was great. We had short rib, stuffed sole, chicken and all was delicious. This exceeded my expectations with how relaxed but still organized it was. We were able to freely walk about the ship and there was plenty of outdoor space for viewing. I was able to get some spectacular pictures from the boat. Everyone that I brought along had a wonderful time as well. Definitely will see you all again next year.

The Skyline Cruise experience was not at all satisfactory.
First of all, their staff's behavior is very bad. They have no idea how to talk to customers politely. I never expected annoying answers when asked for every question, rude behavior when asked for help.
We all go to have fun, spend time in a beautiful environment, but their bad behavior ruined the whole experience. I never want to come here again because of such behavior and I will not recommend it to anyone.
The first condition of any organization is to show respect to customers - unfortunately, Sky Line River Cruise does not follow that at all.

Celebrating a 70th birthday. Had a wonderful time. Above us was the party deck, if you are a group of young people who like to dance, that's where you'll like it. We were on the main deck. It was perfect for the older crowd or the romantic couple. Beautiful views from the bow of NYC. There was a drone display going on as well. We lucked out for a gorgeous night. Staff was nice, our server, Ayden was great. Surprised but the dinner and dessert were pretty good (usually the food lacks). They have a nice drink menu but a few of the drinks were not available, I think that was the only negative thing I can say about the night. I recommend that you do a Skyline Princess cruise at least once in your life and think about it for the next celebration, you will have a good time! Thank you

Awesome experience. The Captain and Crew were amazing, captain had my boys up front to show them around the helm let them blow the departure whistle, just a great experience. All the staff attended to us to make sure we had all and more than we needed. Would definitely recommend.
