Sparkles Carwash & Quick Lube has a mixed reputation among customers. Many appreciate the courteous and friendly staff, with some having visited for over 20 years and expressing satisfaction with the service. However, some recent reviews highlight issues with carelessness during busy times, resulting in poor cleaning, such as smeared windshields and unclean interiors. Additionally, customers have noted extra charges for card payments. Despite these complaints, others have praised the detail shop for its professionalism and ability to handle significant paint damage effectively. Overall, the business offers a range of experiences, from excellent service to areas needing improvement.
