Went to make a purchase and the store clerk was giving me attitude. He kept telling me that everything is cash only. But I was going to pay cash regardless. Made it seem like I didn’t have money and was getting mad about it.

By far, the worst customer service in Jackson Heights! Wanted to send a moneygram and the guy pictured (says that he is the manager) tells me that he won't do the transaction. When I asked why, he says because I don't want to and tells me to leave. I did call Moneygram customer service to see if this is something that is allowed, not the case. I've had to deal w this individual previously, to pick up ups packages and he was just as rude.

As most reviewers have already mentioned, the staff here goes out of their way to be rude. I just tried to pick up a UPS package that was dropped off for my husband and the guy was demeaning and derogatory to me. He actually asked me why my last name does not match his and where was my husband. Unbelievable abuse to take just to pick up a book from Amazon. I doubt UPS cares but I reported it to them as well.

Stopped by this place to pick up a UPS package. While I had to wait a bit I didn't encounter anyone rude like the previous reviews. I wouldn't mind having my package shipped here again as I live close by. The place wasn't packed and most customers come in for the lotto

Very indecisive person & I couldn't decide what drink I wanted. not even one or 2 minutes inside the store. the guy ask me if I need help I tell him no , then 30 sec later he tells me to stop opening the fridge doors. (ALL MY TIME IN NY , NOT ONE DELI WORKER EVER TOLD ME THIS) THEN he proceeds to follow/stay behind me just watching me. I tell him not sure why he is bothering me and he says he doesn't need my business and that he's been there 20 years and so on. I just left because I didn't want to spend my money there as he screaming back and forth with me.

The worst attitude in the fuckin world. I really loathe that my packages are dropped off here. Every employee here is nasty towards customers. I don't understand how or why they use this place foe UPS drop offs but I really wish they would stop leaving stuff here.

I dropped a Box in this store for UPS. But they never received it. And the store owner said he has no clue about it. And i was charged $58 because the vendor never received the package.

Nasty attitude for sure. If you don't want to work in a grocery shop, then go find a another job. The same consistent behaviors ever since they open, its not like its an isolated incident. Its like a chore receiving those UPS packages drop off. Maybe he expect us to buy a drink also while dropping off packages? Who knows.

Staff is rude, store is depressing. It's a poor place to shop and an unpleasant place to drop off or pick up UPS packages. Note that when dropping off a package you get no receipt of any kind, which could be a problem if the thing goes awry.

Ups should stop leaving the package in this store .. the cashier there is illiterate and he ask questions like he is an immigration officer.. he will definitely get into trouble with that kind of attitude .. dummy a**
