I've been going to Ralph for over 10 years, not only does he gives great haircuts, but after your 2nd visit, he knows how you like your haircut. He's very friendly. I live in Florida now, but when I'm in N.Y, which is at least three times a year, Ralph is the person I see to have my haircut. They also have women services .

I've been patronizing Sudden Impulse Hair, a family-run business, for over ten years. They have both barber services for men and hairdressing for ladies. Never a long wait. Great stores nearby like Matson's Deli, Jade Bamboo Chinese Food, Harbor Pizza, and more. Always parking within 1 - 2 blocks.
