On 01/10/2023 at 2.29 pm, we went to pick up our car at the Forester Garage in Forest Hills and found that it had a scratch in the right bumper that was not there when it was left two days before (all employees that receive cars are fully aware that we check it thoroughly each time that it's handed in and picked up). When confronted, the manager John Coello asked to whom the car was handed in and we responded Andres, who after several attempts to reach him said that he left the vehicle in the same condition as he received it. At that moment the supervisor suddenly said he had to leave and that he would give me a claim form the next day as the office was closed (strange as it was only 4 pm). When we returned the next day he said that as the scratch was almost imperceptible we weren't entitled to receive a claim form and that the company wasn't responsible for any damage that the car suffered while in their custody. We responded that we didn't trust them anymore to take care of the car and that it was safer to leave the car on the street than there. It's illogical that after paying this company each month a lot of money to take care of a car, not even being able to park it ourselves, they can claim they don't have an obligation to maintain it in the same condition as it was received. We feel robbed and scammed and obviously we're never going to use the services of this company and strongly warn everybody to learn from our experience.

Very bad services. Worst parking company in NYC they hit you car and don't get responsible for the damages and even worst they hold your car so you are not allow to take your car out of there

Expensive and horrible service but both the executive offices ad the staff. Totally over priced and what was 24hrs they made 6am-12am - which screwed all of us monthly space renters who live in the area. And they sent an email not even 2 weeks before they made this change. The staff informed me 3 weeks ahead of time. Whenever you call the head office the manager is never ever there and the staff has no clue - or they have been told not to answer questions related to money. They are cheap and cold people... They act this way because they know there are not many other lots in the area. Whenever I parked there the staff was totally miserable and only spoke kindly/friendly to who they wanted to, when they wanted to - seriously if you can't manage to be happy or at least say hello or smile, why are they in customer service then? From what I have heard from reliable sources, they have also robbed things from cars and people have gone back to see dents or scratches on their vehicles... Don't go to this garage, they are super duper expensive and will totally rob you...that too, without even a smile.

Rude employees with limited English. I had to wait 40 minutes for my ticket, which was added to the price, and my door was slammed so hard it doesn't shut right anymore. These people are crooks.

Parking our car here is a treat- we call for it from our apartment and it magically appears as we exit the vestibule... The staff here is friendly, attentive and they hustle; our car is treated with care and respect and frankly, so are we. Mister's been parking here for the last 19 years. Why go anywhere else? Life's too short to not frequent a business that treats its clients well.
