Best t mobile ever they help you if your internet connection is not working properly and they will give you a new one and you can change the password if you want to.and the have good customer service and they are kind of to everyone please leave them a good review they are the best thank you t mobile service.

I believe I saw Lana. It was on Sunday, I should have reviewed on Sunday. She was very helpful. She remained focused and avoided getting sidetracked. Answered all my questions. I wanted to know if anyway I could save some money. She looked at my contract and saved me about $80. I also purchased some accessories. She help pick out headphones and two chargers one plug. . Thank you for her assistance.

The best T-Mobile experience I ever had. Winnie was very helpful. She spent an hour and a half helping me upgrade my phone. She also reviewed my plans and helped me to save a lot of money.

Angelo helped out a lot not only with promo recs but also devices ---saving me so much time. Highly recommend Angelo for top notch customer service as Angelo did right by customer explaining how going to manufacturer saved you activation fee. Along with taking initiative and creatively solving device usage issue by suggesting trading account upgradesAngelo is an asset to your team and very good at what he does. Angelo deserves a promotion if not additional pay and vacation time or training opportunities

I’m afraid to give this place 5 stars because of the increase traffic but… their customer service at this location and the one across the street from JHMC has always been great. They do get a bit busy at this location right after the pandemic. But just like any other place of service, you put your name down, grab some coffee, scroll through your phone and wait your turn. Or make an appointment and they’ll have someone attend to you at your scheduled time… it’s not rocket science.8 plus (maybe 10 now?) years of great service, and I’m so glad they survived all the shutdowns on that row of stores (R.I.P. McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Staples/Office Depot?)… as long as it’s not T-mobile! :)

I left this place so upset. A service representative who purposely spoke like AI helped me Her voice sounded so unreal, yet she told me that she spoke like that to appear more service oriented. go figure. That aside she was outright inappropriate, I told her I didn't understand why my phone was not charging, that I bought a new charger,,used different sockets in my house and it still did not charge. she responded by saying she was not an electrician. she then proceeded to mock me repeating words I said in a sarcastic voice. I must say , I have never experienced such a downright disrespectful sales person. Two other members were there and did not try to diffuse the situation. Really indignant situation.

I've been a long customer t-mobile and Frankie did us so dirty. He informed us that we would be receiving a lot of benefits if we followed his ways bur in the end we got nothing figured out and created more chaos to what we were already facing. As a customer who's been going for a long time to this branch I was misinformed in so many ways and proved to us that they are not knowledge in the things they do.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I went in there just to add a line not to get a new device. They pulled my account and they had my maiden last name. I told them that I don’t longer use the last name. I had no problem till today. They didn’t want to make the change neither. They were requesting my marriage certificate. Having a NY State ID. I left the store because they couldn’t help me. I called T-Mobile customer service and they asked for my last four digits of my social security and made the change with no hassle.

They don't sell single SIM cards, despite telling them at the beginning of the interaction what I was there for, it took 10 minutes. Employees do not seem knowledgeable, they need better training. This isn't the only review that mentions training/knowledge as an issue, which suggests store management is the problem.

I went there to upgrade my phone and also to add a line the person who took care of me was very helpful very good experience!
