Honestly not even surprised by the customer service at any Target at this point. I came here to go pick up some pokemon tcg packs to rip since I’d heard from friends and my sibling who’ve come a few times that they had some. Came here for the first time and they only let me buy one pack for myself as if I wasn’t going to open them for myself. Friends and siblings don’t share everything.
Disappointing experience since every single retailer decides to change their rules per person when they see them when it comes to TCG.

This store is the worst, it has rude employees and they make distinctions between some saying “guest” and others “next”. The store is not good but it is the only one in this city.

This store has shut down all self checkout yet they don't open up that many cashier. Those that are open are so incompetent and slow that the line is wrapping around the store. On two occasion they make mistakes. One they didn't do the price match correctly. On another occasion the cashier, Alondra, was so incompetent that when I told to price match one item and remove the other (BUY 2 coupon is no longer available), she only price matched one and thought I want to keep the other. Who would ask to match one item and kept the other item at a higher price??? Where is your common sense??? To rectify her mistake I have to make a line on customer service for return. I complained to the manager as this a waste of everyone's time and she has empathy to offer a compensation.
But what I don't agree is that the manager said this kind of cashier is the upgrade. Hope management is reading this complaint. With this kind of incompetent cashier upgrade no wonder Target stock is declining. I am shopping less and less at Target because I am very fed up with the checkout process, and your prices are higher than your competitors to begin with. Target really need to step up the gain if you want to stay competitive. I can see that a lot of customer are not happy without the self checkout. This can tell how understaff and inefficiently is your human cashier.

I like target cause it's the only place that sells chicken broth reduced sodium that tastes pretty good and is a low priced and healthy. They also sell a pretty good frozen pizza that's probably a target brand. and they have pretty good food selections. It's not walmart but it's pretty good. I would just recommend more cashiers as I am seeing other people comment from BJs reviews that there are people that are able to find out people's credit card details from using self checkout machines. I would also recommend people come here to buy bicycles as they have pretty good prices for bikes last time i checked anyway.

Target has been discriminating against the Hispanic for years,they have persecuting innocent customers accusing them of stealing without proof,they have two white guys working taking pictures we are tired of discrimination stop buying at target.

This location constantly has long lines despite having 2 different check-out zones. It is unfortunate that the back of the store closes check-out early. Items are not always in stock which is upsetting, especially when ordering through the app.
Staff is reasonably helpful and welcoming MOST of the time. However, there has been a couple of occasions where I have been looking at the target app, in an aisle, away from crowds as to not interrupt shoppers, and staff members come stand beside me to observe me as if I were shoplifting. Security here is a joke. They seem to target the wrong people or chat with NYPD instead of surveilling for real shoplifters.
Bathrooms are always dirty.
Please do better.

The store was very well organized and cleanly. We were able to find all the items we needed easily and they costed very little. Also I am very sorry for breaking one of the baseball ornaments near the christmas trees.

I came in on lunch break for a snack. Picked up a bag of beef jerky and went on the line to checkout at 1:15PM. There were 2 customers in front of me. 1:28PM comes and I'm still waiting in line. My break ends at 1:30PM. I leave without the item I wanted and Target doesn't get my money.
Waste of time. Either get more people to man the registers or reopen the self checkout.
