We dropped by Target to buy water for our hotel stay. This target was clean and the aisles were wide. We paid $1.39 for a gallon jug, which was similar to Houston price. The only negative were only one cashier working and only three self check-out lanes.

I like to first purchase online to get the best prices and then arrange for pickup. Easy peasy!

I will not come to this store again. I asked store staff for help after a male customer cut in line, started arguing with me, yelled and insulted me and my children. When I was about to call the police, the manager stopped me and let the man go. It makes me feel very frustrated and disturbed. There is no way to guarantee safety in this mall. Please pay attention to your safety! They won't help you solve anything and will just make you angrier

Bad attitude of some staff. And no assistants came no matter how many requests made through the sensor…

On a Friday afternoon, there was only 2 registers open out of about 25 possible registers (self checkout was also closed) and plenty of workers around. Checkout was extremely slow before they opened a third one. It took me 15-20min to checkout 1 item. I almost walked out.

Honestly they just sat somewhere to avoid customers at all cost. Especially now with all the locks to go against certain ppl.

If you found a potential price tag mismatch usually after checkout, take a pic of the product and the tag before heading to the customer service

Lines are too long, everything important is locked up and nobody seem to work in electronics.

If you're looking for a terrible shopping experience, this is the place for you. First off, there are numerous cash registers located at both ends of the store, but only 3-4 cashiers man the registers on any given day. Given the lack of cashiers, customers have to resort to using self-checkout. People with shopping carts full of items are often seen ringing up their own items, which makes it harder for those who are purchasing only a handful of items to get in and out quickly. Also, no one supervises the huge checkout lines (on which everyone stands regardless of checkout method), so people cut to the front and pretend they don't see the dozens of people lined up. Some people even head straight for cashiers and self-checkout machines and no one stops them. I don't know how a big box store like Target can hire so few employees to facilitate the checkout process; it's not like they can't afford it. Second, the selection at this store is severely limited compared to nearby Targets. I understand it's smaller in size, so I'm not expecting the same breadth of items. But this store is poorly stocked, especially in the women's clothing section. Every time I pass by that section, I see so much empty spaces on the shelves and racks. Not to mention the same clothing items month after month. The only good thing about this store is that pricing is the same or comparative to nearby Targets. If you're in the shopping center and want to grab something, then you shouldn't have a noticeable price discrepancy.

If I can give a 0 for customer service I would!! Cashier #7 was the rudest employee I have ever encountered today. Her name is Milky or Milkey. Also when I asked another employee for her name after telling me her name and I couldn't hear and asked her again that employee refused to give me her name. I had to go all the way to customer service to get the cashiers name. Target at the shops at skyview train your employees better.

Lazy and rude employees wanted to buy some headphones no one at electrics and there staff all over the place, I stoped a few to help me get the headphones and all while walking away from me telling me to ask someone at electronics and I’m telling them there no one there. Very annoying and poor customer service.

They close down self check out, but don't put enough staff at cashier to help . Worst customer experience.
